Bilingual Legal Marketing Representative

The Tyson Law Firm is a growing Dallas law firm focused on personal injury, criminal defense, and family law. We are looking for a polished, outgoing, bilingual professional to help us grow our presence in the community, strengthen referral relationships, and support in-person marketing efforts that lead to real business.
This is not a desk job. This role is for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, following up consistently, and helping turn marketing activity into signed cases.
What You’ll Do
• Visit referral sources and community partners in person (body shops, medical providers, local businesses, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships
• Represent the firm at events, networking functions, and community outreach opportunities
• Coordinate and execute firm events, sponsorships, and promotions
• Track outreach activity, contacts, and results
• Follow up with leads and contacts after meetings and events
• Assist with marketing materials, giveaways, and event setup
• Help keep the firm visible and top-of-mind in the community
• Assist with intake after-hours/weekends as needed.
What We’re Looking For
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Strong people skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable starting conversations and representing the firm in public
• Organized and able to track activity and follow-up
• Prior experience in marketing, outreach, events, intake, or sales preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
• Comfortable traveling locally throughout the DFW area
What Success Looks Like
• New referral relationships consistently developed
• Strong ongoing communication with referral partners
• Events generate meaningful contacts and opportunities
• Outreach activity is tracked and followed up on
• Increased visibility and inbound opportunities for the firm
Compensation
• 40k-55k base salary (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses
