We are seeking a dynamic Spanish/English speaking intake assistant. We need a patient, friendly, detail oriented front desk person to be the face and voice of our firm. You must be a good communicator in person, over the phone, and in your writing. We want someone that will treat our clients with care and concern as if they were speaking to a loved family member.

Position requirements include:
- Must be a people person that is patient, likes to talk, and loves to help people!
- Must be Bilingual-Spanish and English.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to consistently be at the office 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Must be available to intake new clients on nights and weekends as needed.
- Must be able to perform all general duties on a daily basis.
General Duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Answering phone calls, determining the persons issue and getting them through the intake/hiring process.
- Selling the firm to new clients.
- Looking up case information online and via phone to accurately quote potential clients.
- Calendaring dates online.
- Input client details into database and excel
- Keeping office/work area clean.
- Scan closed files
- Shred old files
Salary: Salary commencer with experience.

- Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM
